Kỹ Sư Cầu Nối BrSE (Japanese/IT Comtor/No Code)

Executionlab is a software development company based in Ho Chi Minh City that works on digital transformation projects from many clients across Asia, mainly from Japan.
We are looking for a Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE) or an experienced IT Comtor to join us, with the responsibilities below:

• Support PM and other BrSE to interact directly with clients in Japan to negotiate and receive project activities.
• Join as a bridge for meetings between the project team and client. Create documents related to project development.
• Help the development team create documents to report, and track the relationship between the customer and the development team.
• Support Project Manager’s or Leader's tasks.
• Improve Project management skills to become Bridge Project Manager (BPM) in the future.

MUST HAVE:

• Japanese N2 level or higher (Excellent business conversation skills).
• At least 1 year of experience in Japanese IT (software/game/product) companies.

BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE THESE:

• Good logical thinking, accurate summary of problems, and good communication skills.
• Good self-management, be able to multitask.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work under high pressure.
• Background as a software engineer (in any position) is preferable.
