1.Architecture Design
-Hands-on design. Help resolve complex technical/design issues, especially for the Hospitality Project.
-Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs that align with project goals.
-Create functional, sustainable, and aesthetically innovative architectural solutions.
-Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
-Ensure designs meet building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
-Collaborate with urban planners, interior designers, engineers, and contractors to integrate architectural concepts.
2.Project Implementation and Management
-Create and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
-Collaborate with project managers and account managers throughout the design process.
-Identify and resolve technical challenges and design conflicts during construction.
-Proactively support design tasks as assigned by project leads or senior team members.

- Contribute to design development and project visualization.
- Assist in creating detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with structural engineers and MEP teams.
- Prepare client presentations and participate in design discussions.
- Improve understanding of building codes and permitting processes.
