General Description- This a key position that is responsible for handling important client accounts daily operations in the company. These accounts make up one of the highest percentages of company income, must build and maintain a strong relationship with the clients. Specific Accountabilities are included but not limited• Daily management and coordination of shipments with both shippers/warehouse and support day-to-day logistics activities for key customers.• Set up and monitor project shipments from initiation, execution, and billing.• Analyze routes and means of transportation, negotiate fees, and coordinate with the Operation Department.• Examine carriers and rates and translate the information into cost reports to present to customers.• Monitor all carrier performance and provide feedback to carriers/management.• Responsible for selecting carriers for each customer according to needs and negotiating carrier rates.• Responsible for setting up service reports for customers.• Perform profit and cost analysis for various accounts.• Participate in meetings with carriers and customers as necessary.• Conduct special projects which may be assigned by the manager.• Perform assigned functions in the transportation field, consistent with regulations, standards, established policies, and business requirements.

***Skills Required• Knowledge of airfreight, sea freight, logistics…• Sound presentation and communication skills• Knowledge of developing, positive thinking.• Excellent client relationship management skills;• Strong communications skills;• Good interpersonal skills;• Process-orientation, analytical skills and business acumen.***Experience and Qualifications• At least 1-2 years of experience in working in a logistics/freight forwarding environment• Developing solutions for major customers• Experienced in tools such as MS Excel/PPT/SharePoint etc.• Customer/ BD/ Operations Engagement• Written and spoken English, Mandarin is plus.***BENEFIT• Competitive salary, good
