Junior Designer (Chinese Speaking)

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

• Review/design the NPD package and package opt

• Create the packaging drawing(3D/2D)

• Qualify for the package approval

• Make sure the package Opt implement through ECN process

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

• Good knowledge in packaging engineering, e.g. structure design, material selection etc

• Familiar with the packaging test standards and methods

• Familiar with customer’s packaging specification and requirements;

• Good knowledge in Auto-CAD and Pro/E;

• Familiar with the commonly used packaging material properties and processing technology；

• Pack structure design based on the customer requirements in time

• Check /Validate packaging samples if meeting the design requirement or not

• Do Pre-drop test to verify the preliminary pack design

• Release packaging part 2D drawings/OOBE

• Improve the pack design once test failed

• Release packaging BOM and BOM setup;

• Responsibility, willing to travel when needed.
