Junior Affiliate Marketing

Partner Sourcing & Negotiation

• Research and approach MCNs, KOLs/KOCs aligned with campaign objectives

• Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and terms for collaboration

• Build and maintain an updated database of influencer contacts and rates

Campaign Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams to finalize influencer lists and campaign strategies

• Coordinate with KOLs/KOCs on content direction, timelines, and deliverables

• Ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet brand expectations

Content Management

• Draft or review product content and briefs for KOLs/KOCs to ensure brand alignment

• Collect content for client review and manage feedback loops

• At least 6 months of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media channels

• Ability to manage timelines, tasks, and relationships with multiple stakeholders

• Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Basic to intermediate English skills (especially for reading briefs or coordinating with some partners)
