Junior Admin Support Executive (Logistic)

・Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.

・Handle customers' calls and enquiries on delivery operations.

・Liaise with delivery staff/stores to solve problems on delivery.

・Handle and inspect furniture before/after the delivery (for heavy items, by two people)

・Cooporate with partner companies to improve warehouse/delivery operations.

・Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.

・Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by Management from time to time.

・24 ~ 35 years old

・Intermediate English level

・1–2 years of work experience in any position

・Good communication skills

・Vocational school or higher degree

・MS Office(Excel), good computer literacy

・Open fresher who graduated from relevant majors such as economic, business administration, language,etc.

- Preferable skills

・Working experience in Logistics

・The will to change the current situation and take on new challenges

・Proactive,fast learner and committed to work preferred
