Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

- Assist the General Director and General Manager in maintaining relationships with Japanese clients.
- Prepare documents for client meetings and follow up on action items after meetings.
- Act as a point of contact between the Business Development team and existing/potential clients.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the General Manager.
- Participate in client relationship activities (e.g., dinners, golf outings).
- Support the team to achieve team targets.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Graduated from University with major business or a related field
- Japanese is N1 level and English is Intermediate level
- Having 2 years expereince as Assistant/Secretary to the General Director, Customer Service or supporting/reporting toJapanese managers or expatriates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Confident, dynamic, and proactive, with strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated, with strong initiative and a high level of energy.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible and adaptable to different situations.
- Willing to travel for business within Vietnam when required.
