1.HR Duties (70–80%)
・Full-cycle recruitment activities based on the company’s hiring plan, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and preparing procedures for onboarding.
・Recruitment branding and communication activities:
a. Promoting the company's initiatives and attractiveness through social media and the company website.
b. Planning and executing activities at engineering and recruitment events.
・Designing, reviewing, and operating internal HR systems (e.g., work regulations, internal rules, operational workflows).
・Planning, introducing, and improving employee benefits programs.
・Planning and organizing internal events for new and existing employees.
2.Administrative Duties (20–30%)
・General office operations (e.g., office supplies, facility management, vendor coordination).
・Managing employee information and various internal documents.
・Handling procedures for visas and work permits.
・Supporting internal events and meetings.
・Maintaining compliance with legal requirements and internal rules.
・Female, Under 30 years old
・Business English
・Over 2 years of practical experience in recruiter(IT field)
・Experience in human resources, and general affairs work
・Experience working in startups
Nice to have
・Japanese language proficiency test N3 or above, experience using Japanese
