Conduct interpretation during project meetings, daily briefings, ensuring accurate and timely communication of project information to both clients and the development team. (via Google Meet, Skype, Zoom, etc.)
Translate various documents, Q&A sessions, chats, emails, etc., from Japanese to Vietnamese or vice versa.
Handle the progress and status of individual and team tasks on the Kanban Board.
Ensure thorough, transparent, and timely exchange of information between the project team and clients.
Support the project team in understanding the requirements of Japanese clients and handle internal tasks related to the Japanese language.
Take responsibility for bridging communication between the team and clients.
Participate in team-building activities.

Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level).
Effective expression and communication skills, translating accurately in both meaning and context.
Strong interpretation skills.
Standard pronunciation is an advantage.
Passion for working in the IT field and a minimum of 1 year of experience in translation within the IT industry.
Strong analytical and quick-thinking skills, proactive in work, and a positive attitude.
Careful and attentive in the translation process.
Good research and teamwork skills.
High sense of responsibility, diligence, ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in using office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
