JOB PURPOSE
The IQC Technician is responsible to check incoming material following to procedure, drawing and/or visual inspection criteria
RESPONSIBILITIES AND POWERS
- Perform inspection of incoming material following to procedure, drawing and visual inspection criteria.
- Perform transactions of material in the ERP system.
- Quarantine and labeling non-conformance material for further disposition.
- Report to superior if any abnormalities found.
- Record all of findings during the audit, inspection, and report to the superior.
- Quarantine and labeling the non-conformance products for further disposition.
- Perform troubleshooting for product quality issues
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Education
Intermediate degree or high school with at least 1 year experience in QC.
- Experience
At least one year working in manufacturing of above areas at QA/QC
- Knowledge
Using ERP system to do transactions of material lot.
Able to read technical drawings.
Knowing/using measurement equipment such as caliper, feeler gauge, micrometer, block gauge, height.... gauge, microscope (preferable optical machine, CMM,)
Strong quality mindset, discipline and follow requirements strictly
