Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, system integrators (SI), OEMs and end-users.
Promote and sell the company's Industrial IoT and communication products.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and technical discussions with customers.
Follow up quotations, negotiations, contracts and project implementation.
Coordinate with technical teams to support customer projects and resolve technical issues.
Collect market information, customer feedback and competitor activities.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
开发、拓展并维护经销商、系统集成商（SI）、OEM 客户及企业客户资源。
负责公司工业物联网（Industrial IoT）产品及解决方案的销售工作。
深入了解客户需求，并提供匹配的技术解决方案与产品建议。
负责产品介绍、方案演示（Demo）及与客户的技术交流。
跟进报价、商务谈判、合同签订及项目落地实施。
与技术团队协作，为客户项目实施过程提供支持与服务。
收集市场信息、竞争对手动态及客户需求变化情况。
完成公司下达的销售目标及业绩指标。

Yêu cầu công việc:

College degree or above. Majors in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
Experience in IoT, Industrial IoT (IIoT), Industrial Automation, Industrial Networking, Communication Equipment, or related industries.
Familiarity with Industrial Routers, IoT Gateways, Device Servers, Industrial Ethernet products, and their application scenarios.
Knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, MQTT, Modbus, and RS232/RS485 is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, solution consulting, and business negotiation skills.
Good command of English or Chinese for business communication.
Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in selling solutions related to Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Industrial Automation, or Industrial IoT.
Existing network with System Integrators (SI), OEM customers, or manufacturing companies.
Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred.
大专及以上学历，电气工程、电子工程、自动化、通信工程、计算机科学与技术等相关专业优先。
具有 2 年以上 B2B 销售经验。
具备物联网（IoT）、工业物联网、工业自动化、工业网络、通信设备或相关行业从业经验。
熟悉工业路由器（Industrial Router）、IoT 网关（IoT Gateway）、串口服务器（Device Server）、工业以太网（Industrial Ethernet）等产品及应用场景。
了解 TCP/IP、MQTT、Modbus、RS232/RS485 等通信协议者优先。
具备良好的沟通表达、方案演示及商务谈判能力。
具备英语或中文工作沟通能力。
能够适应出差安排。
优先考虑条件
具备智能制造（Smart Manufacturing）、工业 4.0（Industry 4.0）、工业自动化或工业物联网（Industrial IoT）解决方案销售经验。
拥有系统集成商（SI）、OEM 客户或制造业工厂客户资源。
具备中文沟通能力者优先考虑。
