LABORIE derma is a biotechnology-driven haircare brand built on patented 369LAB Lipid Bond Technology, clinically validated for its ability to reconstruct damaged hair at the molecular level.
Recognized by international beauty awards and peer-reviewed scientific publications, LABORIE derma is expanding into the U.S., Japan, and Indonesia, aiming to establish itself as a global leader in molecular hair repair science.
We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented International Business Development Executive to support our global expansion.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has a strong understanding of international business dynamics, and is passionate about beauty innovation and cross-border brand development.
You will assist in market research, partner coordination, and execution of business and marketing strategies across target markets.
- Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Strategy
Support the development and execution of market entry strategies for the U.S., Japan, and Indonesia.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify potential growth opportunities.
Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for distributors, investors, and trade partners.
Partnership & Sales Support
Identify and connect with potential distributors, agents, and retail partners (e.g., Amazon, Sephora, Ulta, salon networks).
Support quotation, contract preparation, and follow-up communications.
Track and report key account performance; assist in achieving quarterly sales and growth targets.
Brand & Marketing Support
Coordinate with the marketing team to localize LABORIE derma’s content and campaigns for each market.
Support collaborations with PR agencies, influencers, and international beauty trade shows (Cosmoprof, Beauty Innovation Awards, etc.).
Gather consumer and partner feedback to improve brand positioning and market strategy.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in international sales, export coordination, or business development (beauty, FMCG, or health industry preferred).
Skills & Competencies
Excellent English communication skills (especially verbal).
Strong analytical, research, and presentation abilities.
Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in cross-cultural environments.
Knowledge of U.S. or Asian beauty market landscapes is an advantage.
