Chi Tiết Công Việc

Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation accurately.
Maintain and update employee databases.
Support the preparation of HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
Support the preparation and submission of legal documents to relevant authorities.
Assist HR team in organizing company events, employees engagement activities, etc.
Provide administrative support and perform other tasks assigned by the HR team.

Final-year student or Fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Attention to details, careful, and responsible at work.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations is a plus.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Teamwork, hard working, and willing to learn.
Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Internship duration: 6 months.
