Indirect Sourcing Specialist

Core Responsibilities: • Be the go to person for day to day procurement related activities across all indirect categories and MRO • Support to global/regional/local supplier management – e.g. contracting, negotiations, escalation, reviews • Collaborate with global and regional procurement teams to to deliver projects. • Productivity & Continuous Improvement: To drive productivity and efficiency initiatives internally and with suppliers, providing saving to the business and workload reduction. • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): To lead Supplier Relationship Account by developing, evaluating and with a continuous improvement approach to the Vendors as responsible. • Contract and PO compliance: Drive and ensure compliance with local procurement process with stakeholders Play your part in our team succeeding! Be part of the local procurement team to support the LEGO investment and ensure that procurement get embedded into the new organization. We emphasize building strong relations to our business partners and support them in achieving their priorities. The main focus is to stable supplier platform in full compliance with all LEGO requirements such as safety, quality, ethical manner and in the level competitive price. This position exists to manage all the commercial aspects with LEGO Suppliers to ensure the supply of Indirect materials and services to LMV on time and with the right level of quality agreed with our internal customers and stakeholders. Main challenges for this position are to manage the Categories needs and strategy in compliance with the local and global processes and engaging Suppliers on performing accordingly while is continuously pursuing value add. Our aim is to have strong stakeholder management. As we are global team we have to ensure that we work closely with our key stakeholders. This position seeks for Effective & Efficient Category Management locally which will increase productivity, moreover: - Improve Compliance (Secure best practice on contracts and processes) - Increase Value Add (Address More Spend, increase visibility / forecasting, include productivity savings) - Improve Partner Promise (Be proactive)

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain, Legal, or Finance is preferred. • Sourcing background in indirect categories or degree in similar field. • Great collaboration skills • Team spirit: One team mindset • Strong analytical skills; Commercially astute, ability in the analysis of cost data and how cost is segmented and structured such as elemental distribution of construction costs. • Project management skills • Influencing and persuasion skills • A get things done attitude and the ability handle many projects at the same time * Nice to have: • Experience with SAP / COUPA • Ability to listen and learn from others • 5 years of experiences in Procurement, at least 2 years related to indirect material or service procurement. • The ideal candidates are preferred to have experiences in sustainability, office supply purchase and facility management.
