Inbound Sales/ Tour Operator

Job Description:

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Inbound Sales & Tour Operator to join our growing team! If you love travel and enjoy creating unforgettable journeys for international clients, this could be the perfect role for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with B2B and direct clients (via phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.) to understand their travel needs and preferences

• Designing customized tour programs and providing quotations

• Making adjustments and following up until the tour is confirmed

• Coordinating tours (especially during probation) and working with our operations and accounting teams during tour execution

• Providing excellent customer service throughout the tour

• Building new tour products for the company

• Supporting other tasks as assigned

• Following up with guests after their tour

• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel & tourism

• Careful, hardworking, honest, and full of positive energy

• Confident communication skills with clients, guides, and partners

• Good time management and multitasking skills

• Solid knowledge of destinations and hotels in Vietnam & Southeast Asia

• Fluent in English (Italian is a plus!)

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
