1. Import and Purchasing tasks.
- Place orders (receive and send purchase orders as requested by others department).
- Coordinate with suppliers and foreign partners (mainly from Japan and China) to confirm purchase orders and import-export schedules
- Manage the purchasing process, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Check documents: Invoice (IV), Packing List (PL), Bill of Lading (BL), Sales Contract (S.C), Certificate of Origin (CO), etc.
- Carry out import procedures.
- Send shipment-related information to relevant departments.
- Receive goods and monitor the shipment until completion.
- Check debit notes and import-export department costs.
- Submit regular reports by month and by shipment.
2. Export:
- Receive information from superiors and related departments.
- Contact logistics companies to book shipments.
- Prepare CO, IV, PL, BL, S.C, etc.
- Monitor the shipment until completion.
3. Others tasks will be asked by manager.

- Graduated from University
- English : At least Strong Intermediate level (Prefer Toeic 800+)
- Having at least 4-5 years experience as Import - Export Staff
- Good communication skill
- Good negotiation skill
- Hard working.
- Good at Microsoft office

- Having experience in EPE company.
- Having Japanese skill
