Chi Tiết Công Việc

Manage employee appointment, transfer, promotion, and personnel movement processes.
Maintain and update employee records, organizational structure, and manpower data in HRIS.
Monitor headcount utilization and ensure compliance with approved manpower plans.
Coordinate staffing control activities and support workforce planning.
Prepare headcount and personnel reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of direct experience in Staffing, Personnel Administration, or Workforce Management.
Proficiency in Chinese or English is a must.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR administration practices.
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Stable career history preferred.
