HSE Management & Compliance:
- Direct and maintain factory HSE systems in full compliance with Law No. 84/2015/QH13, TCVN standards, and MONRE/DOLISA/PCCC regulations.
- Execute workplace risk analyses, formulate safe operational procedures (SOP/SWP), and drive incident investigations using root-cause methodologies (5-Why, Fishbone).
- Lead safety onboarding and conduct routine toolbox talks for production staff and floor leads.
- Oversee compulsory health checks, PPE allocation, and manage permits for hazardous materials, fire safety, and environmental emissions.
- Coordinate emergency drills and act as the primary liaison during government inspections (DOLISA, Fire Department, Environmental bodies).
- Monitor key HSE metrics and deliver regular reports to the French Manufacturing Director.
5S & Visual Management Drive:
- Lead total 5S deployment across shop-floor, warehouse, and auxiliary facilities.
- Establish visual management standards, zone maps, and conduct cross-functional 5S audits.
- Facilitate monthly reviews with operations leadership and align 5S practices with safety norms (emergency exits, chemical storage).

Male, age: Under 40 years old.
Bachelor's degree in OSH, Environmental/Industrial Engineering, or technical fields.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on HSE experience in manufacturing facilities (plastics injection moulding preferred).
Proficient in Vietnamese HSE laws, risk assessment tools, MS Office, and familiar with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001.
Fluent in English (4 skills).
