We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused HR Manager to take full ownership of all local HR activities at our Vietnam site. This is a standalone, operational role, ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing HR processes end-to-end. The position includes working directly with the local General Manager while collaborating closely with the Global HR VP in Israel, requiring strong communication skills and an ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including:
o Recruitment & hiring for all site roles (floor, warehouse, administrative, and managerial)
o Onboarding and employee orientation
o Training coordination and support for development initiatives
o Employee retention and engagement efforts
o Offboarding, exit interviews, and final settlements
• Oversee time & attendance tracking and prepare accurate monthly payroll reports
• Maintain and update employee files and HR documentation in compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Provide daily support to managers and employees on HR-related topics
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Vietnamese labor regulations
• Act as a local HR business partner and collaborate with the Global HR team to implement and adapt company-wide initiatives and standards
• Foster effective collaboration and clear communication across cultures and time zones
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
- English: At least Upper - Intermediate level (Prefer Ielts 6.0 +)
- Having at least 7 years working experience in HR department.
- Having at least 2-3 years working experience in manufacturing enviroment.
- Proven ability to execute HR processes independently in a small or standalone setting
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law
- Experience working in a multinational or global company, including collaboration across cultural and geographic boundaries
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in payroll administration or certification as a payroll accountant -
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems
- Social insurance
- Health check: 2 times/ year
- 13th month salary
- Variable bonus: Depend on company business status and individual performance that will be applied after probation time.
