HR Manager (25673) [Lien Chieu - Da Nang/ Bien Hoa - Dong Nai]

‐ HR system design & implementation (Job Grade, performance evaluation, promotion criteria, leadership structure, C&B policies)
- Compensation & benefits optimization (benchmarking salary levels, incentive programs, and benefits enhancements)
- Performance management enhancement (designing and implementing performance evaluation and goal-setting systems)
- Strategic workforce planning & organizational development
- Collaboration with senior management & business units to drive HR strategies
- Compliance & labor law adherence (ensuring all HR policies align with legal requirements and company regulations)

①English: Intermediate
②More than 5 years of working experience in Japanese manufacturing companies (2000-3000 employees) as an HR staff with the task to design/make below.

*** WORKING PLACE:

- Basically in Da Nang. But if you have very good skills and experience, and extraordinary suitable for this position, we can hire you in Dong Nai factory.
- If so, she/he will work in the Dong Nai factory and handle both factories' HR tasks.
- And she /he needs to go on business trips to Da Nang once/month
