HR Intern (Remote)

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our internal team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about Human Resources & Recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and professional environment. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR Manager to support internal recruitment activities, HR operations, and people-related initiatives. This role is ideal for those who wish to build a career in human resources and recruitment consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Administration: Support HR paperwork, filing, and employee records.
• Internal Recruitment Support : Assist in posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Search for candidates via LinkedIn, Facebook, Zalo, and job communities; maintain candidate databases (ATS/CMS).
• Community Support: Participate in building and growing DigiSource’s Share CV Group and recruitment communities.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related fields.
• Strong interest in Human Resources & Talent Acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Commitment of at least 3–6 months.
