- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts.
- Comprehensive monitoring of employee lifecycle: orientation, employee database timely and correctly in HR system; Employee PPE: staff card, uniform, workwear, …; Update employee working history; Carry out employee termination procedure.
- Timesheet: collect, check attendance and overtime; Update & tracking all kind of leave, …
- Support in employee relations activities, employer branding
- Admin tasks: air ticket/ hotel/ car booking, payment, claim, …
- Other HR project and ad-hoc activities required by HR Manager.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area.
- 2-3+ years of experience working in Human Resources.
- Excellent in MS Office
- Good at English
