1. Administration
- Travel coordination: Review and consolidate employees' travel schedules through the internal transportation booking system; coordinate with transportation vendors to arrange vehicles and hotel accommodations; handle travel-related issues and schedule changes.
- Office operations: Manage office equipment and supplies, courier services, and payment requests.
- Support for expatriates: Manage and provide support for housing arrangements, relocation, and temporary residence registration.
- Assist expatriates with temporary residence registration procedures.
2. Human Resources
- Organize onboarding for new employees, including orientation on company policies, systems, office equipment, and personnel record updates.
- Coordinate and support internal events and team-building activities.
3. Others
- Participate in other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Propose ideas to improve work processes and support organizational development.
- Graduated from University with majors Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related majors.
- Japanese is at least N2 holder (speaking is at least N2 intermediate level)
- English is at least Intermediate level (prefer Toeic 600+ or Ielts 5.5+)
- Having at least 3 years working experience in Japanese company with size at least 100 employees.
- Having experience in supporting for foreignes in getting visa, work permit, temporary residence registration
- Experience in administrative coordination, logistics coordination, and working with internal systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, and charts) and PowerPoint.
- Strong logical thinking, tech-savvy, and eager to learn new technologies and systems.
- Detail-oriented, careful, and well-organized.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Review salary: 1 time/ year (in Apr)
- 13th month salary: it will be paid in Jan
- Performance bonus: 1 time/ year - in Apr (Depend on company business status and per formance KPI)
