1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
- Participate in the recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, conducting phone screenings and coordinating interview schedules across stakeholders
- Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documents, arranging equipment and assisting new hires during their first days
2. HR Operations
- Maintain and manage employment-related documents such as contracts and NDAs
- Monitor and update attendance records, annual leave balances and other HR-related data
- Translate and process simple HR documents between Korean and English, ensuring accurate reflection in internal systems
3. General Administration and Office Support
- Assist with office operations including managing workspaces, equipment and office supplies
- Organize and support company bonding activities such as team dinners, workshops and internal events
- Support other GA-related tasks as needed to ensure smooth team operations
- Is proficient in Korean (reading/writing) and able to communicate in English
- Has experience or a strong interest in HR or general administration (open to freshers)
- Can manage and understand Korean-language documents
- Is familiar with tools like Microsoft Office and Notion
