Job Description
The HR Officer at Wood Concept is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and internal HR operations. This role ensures that all HR activities align with the company’s workforce needs, culture, and business objectives. The HR Officer also maintains employee records, organizes company events, and proactively addresses employee concerns to foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Employee Data Management: Ensure all employee records and Job Descriptions are updated and stored with 100% accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals) to find suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and candidate communication.
- Maintain an organized recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely hiring and reporting on progress.
- Facilitate a structured onboarding process for all new employees, ensuring smooth adaptation and training.
2. Employee Records & HR Compliance
- Maintain accurate and secure employee records, including contracts, job descriptions, and performance data.
- Ensure HR policies and labor law compliance, keeping all documentation up to date.
- Manage and update Base.vn and other HR tools to track employee information efficiently.
3. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Organize company events, celebrations, and team-building activities to enhance workplace culture.
- Plan and coordinate employee birthday celebrations and milestone recognitions.
- Conduct regular employee check-ins to identify workplace issues, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Implement engagement surveys and HR initiatives to boost employee satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving employee concerns and workplace issues.
4. Training & Development
- Identify skills gaps and assist in planning training programs for employee growth.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions, ensuring participation and tracking completion rates.
- Support managers in creating development plans for their teams.
