Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Housing, Administration, or related fields, preferably in hospitality or resort environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle employee concerns professionally
Good organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
Good command of English communication is preferred
Positive attitude, high sense of responsibility, and professional appearance

Kỹ năng:

Quy Trình Check-in / Check-out , Quản Lý Đặt Phòng (Reservation) , Quản Lý Tài Sản Khách Sạn (PMS)

Accommodation provided.
Entitle three (3) meals per day including meals on the weekly days off.
Entitle benefits of uniform and laundry service for uniform.
Participate in the associate activities.
Entitle the Hotel’s training and development programs.
Entitle medical and 24 hour accident insurance plan. Comply with government health and social insurance plan.
Entitle the round trip economy air ticket or ferry between hometown and Phu Quoc when commencement and completion of the Labor Employment Contract.
Entitle 5 working days/week – 2 days off/week.
