[HCM] Global Planner

Global Planner will work closely with Logistics & SC Planning Manager & Respective 4P’s Partners in India Market such as Production team, Operations team, SCM, Finance etc. to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and ensure a smooth supply chain process and other ad-hoc projects/tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze historical sales data to create accurate demand forecasts.

• Collaborate with operation team to gather input for demand planning.

• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or excesses.

• Create and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts and production schedule.

• Work closely with production teams to understand material needs and adjust plans accordingly to prevent production delays.

• Prepare reports and presentations on demand trends and supply performance for management review.

• Support relevant teams to improve material yields.

• Educational Qualifications/ Relevant Technical Skills

• Graduate with Economics, Supply chain, Foreign Trade Bachelor

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel is a must.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• English fluency is required

• Knowledge in Power BI, SAP B1 is a plus

• Experience in F&B is preferred

• Experience in data analysis and statistical modeling.

• Ability to work under pressure
