Planning and preparing high-quality IELTS classes.
Teaching classes assigned at one or multiple schools/centers.
Preparing for lessons and teaching according to the education needs, abilities and achievements of the individual students or groups of students.
Assessing, recording and reporting students’ progress.
Maintaining discipline amongst students under one’s care and safeguarding their health and safety at all times.
Completing and administration related to teaching.
Maintaining teaching standards in line with SIMPace standards and observation forms.
Providing study practice opportunities for students in coordination with lesson outcomes and teacher expectations.
Providing feedback to students based on their needs and expectations.
Participating in training with a view to professional development.
Marking mock tests upon request.
Class observation.
Report monthly or quarterly about the status of the teaching development.
