Work Location: TechnoPark Tower, Gia Lam Commune, Hanoi, Vietnam
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description

Arrange work schedules, meetings, business trips, and related activities.
Follow up on and support tasks related to the company’s operations as assigned by the General Manager.
Assist the General Manager with personal matters such as visas, work permits, administrative procedures, etc.
Provide support for the General Manager’s personal arrangements and schedule when required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Chinese Language or related fields.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
Proactive, quick to learn, and highly committed to work.
Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, and supportive, with the ability to proactively solve problems and closely follow up on work progress.
