Chi Tiết Công Việc

Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation.
Monitor project plans, schedules, progress, and arising issues.
Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist in tracking and consolidating project revenue and expenses.
Support customer reception and other project-related activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Economics, Engineering, Business/Commerce, or related fields.
Chinese proficiency is mandatory, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills and the ability to communicate independently in daily work. English proficiency is a plus.
Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, and supportive, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong follow-up skills.

Salary: Up to VND 18 million/month + 13th-month salary
