- Office Management & Facilities.
- Oversee daily office administration, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Manage facility-related tasks such as lease contracts, utilities, and office security.
- Coordinate with external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, services) to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Human Resources Support.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, including paperwork and training logistics.
- Maintain personnel records, contracts, and employee files in compliance with company policies.
- Help administer employee benefits, leaves, and internal HR communications.
- Internal Communication & Compliance.
- Facilitate internal communication across departments, including announcements, meetings, and newsletters.
- Assist with regulatory documentation, insurance, permits, and corporate governance matters.
- Cross-border Coordination.
- Help align corporate policies, HR practices, and internal procedures across locations.
- General Administration.
- Handle procurement of general office and administrative goods.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and budget tracking for the General Affairs function.
- Provide ad-hoc support to senior management and other departments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Have a experience as a GA staff in manufacturing industry.
- Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.
