Mô tả công việc

● Develop, maintain, and optimize web and mobile applications using ReactJS, React Native,
NextJS, Redux (Saga/Thunk).
● Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
● Ensure seamless performance and smooth user experience across web, responsive web, and
mobile platforms.
● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including Google Page Speed
improvements.
● Handle real-time data updates and ensure smooth state management.
● Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
● Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality products.
● Implement best practices in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and LESS.
● Integrate UI libraries like Bootstrap, Tailwind, Ant Design, and Material UI.
● Utilize design tools such as Figma and Photoshop to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX.
● Optimize React Native performance, including animations, memory management, and
reducing app size.
● Develop and integrate native modules and third-party libraries for React Native
applications.
● Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Yêu cầu công việc

4 years of experience in front-end development.
● Strong team-building and leadership skills with experience in leading development teams.
● 4+ years of hands-on experience working with ReactJS, React Native, NextJS, Redux, Redux
Saga, Redux Thunk.
● Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and LESS.
● Experience working with UI libraries such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, Ant Design, and Material
UI.
● Familiarity with design tools like Figma and Photoshop.

● Strong experience in front-end performance optimization.
● Solid experience in mobile development using React Native, including cross-platform
optimization.
● Hands-on experience in React Native performance optimization (animations, memory
management, app size reduction).
● Experience with native modules and third-party integrations.
● Experience in the banking domain is a plus.
● Experience in product development is an advantage.
● Strong qualities of perseverance, attention to detail, and responsibility.
