1. Strategy and Executive Management
• Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s comprehensive development strategy.
• Lead and manage all company operations including production, sales, finance, HR, and risk management.
• Regularly report business performance and results to the Board of Directors.
2. Production and Quality Management
• Supervise the milk production process to ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (ISO, HACCP, etc.).
• Ensure production lines and technology are continuously improved and modernized to enhance product quality.
3. Business Development and Market Expansion
• Establish and execute plans to expand domestic and international markets.
• Define strategic direction for marketing, sales, distribution, and brand management.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors, agents, retail chains, hospitals, and pharmacies.
4. Finance and Investment
• Control budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure financial performance.
• Collaborate with the CFO in fundraising, business expansion, new product development, and M&A activities when necessary.
5. Human Resources Management
• Build a strong corporate culture and develop senior, middle, and key employee teams.
• Establish a clear KPI system for all departments and employees.
6. Legal Compliance and Corporate Social Responsibility
• Ensure the company fully complies with all legal regulations related to the production and business of nutritional food.
• Represent the company before authorities, dairy industry associations, social organizations, and the media.
* Working time: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Sat
1. Education
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Food Technology, Industrial Management, Finance, or related fields.
2. Professional Experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the food/FMCG manufacturing and distribution industry, including at least 5 years in a CEO or equivalent executive role.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in the dairy, nutritional food, or child health sector.
3. Competencies and Skills
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and executive management capabilities for medium to large-scale organizations.
• Excellent decision-making, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in English for business communication and professional operations.
- Age : 40-50
- Health insurance and social insurance in accordance with legal regulations.
- Salary review: Once a year
- 13 month salary
