Financial Planning and Analysis Level Senior Executive

GKIM Telehealth is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Senior Executive as part of GKIM Telehealth’s long-term strategic goals. The role is based in Ho Chi Minh City. The said successful candidate will be expected to perform the following functions;

• Leading the annual forecasting process including quarterly rolling forecast updates by liaising with colleagues in the business groups and other departments as needed

• Leading the month-end management accounting process, including preparation of management accounts – Actual YTD Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cashflows, (investigating any discrepancies, providing commentary, variance analysis (Actual vs. budget; YoY & QoQ as needed) and areas of business improvement/opportunities

• Presenting management accounts results at monthly management meetings with sufficient depth, enabling management teams to make informed business/strategic decisions

• Managing the Groups cashflow forecasts to ensure the day to day/monthly cash flow requirements of GKIM Telehealth are met

• Assisting with fund raising activities, (budgets, pitch decks) and managing shareholders’ information requests as needed

• Assisting with business modeling, pricing, scenario evaluation and cost & profit analysis.

• Other tasks assigned by line manager as needed

• University Degree, majoring in Accounting or Finance

• Chartered Accountant or Management Accountant – ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent (open to candidates who are in progress of completion)

• Big 4 / Auditor with IFRS/FP&A experience is preferred

• Between 3 to 5 years working experience in accounting and FP&A

• Keen eye for business and strong business sense

• Hardworking, diligent, and meticulous with an eye for accuracy and detail

• Ability to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated

• Positive minded, “Can Do” attitude and strong sense of ownership

• Good command of English and Vietnamese – both written and spoken
