【Job description】
A. Finance Manager- Role & Responsibilities
1. Project Finance & Investment
- Prepare IC Proposal, financial model, financial due diligence
2. Investor Relations & Fundraising Support
- Prepare investor reports, and financial packs, in charge of due diligence
- aluation work and deal analysis.
3. Sales support
- Prepare and review financial information quotations for projects.
- Support sales in term of financial matter (financial model, benefit calculations, etc)
- Support Samresh (and/or sales team) on customer development, meeting client, negotiate with client.
4. Internal Finance & Accounting
- Build and oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, KPI dashboards.
- Manage accounting, tax, treasury, internal & external audits.
- Implement financial policies, internal controls, and risk management.
- Insurance- Source/ manage relevant insurances for the projects
5. Back Office Operations
- Oversee HR, admin, and back-office functions.
- Develop and implement internal procedures & SOPs across functions.
- Build & train Finance/Accounting/Operations teams.
6. Risk & Governance
- Ensure compliance with tax, and accounting standards.
- Implement governance practices, reporting lines, and board materials.
B. Additional- Co-lead (with CEO)
7. Project Finance & Investment
- Negotiate with financial institutions on terms and structures.
- Present the IC proposal to the board
8. Corporate structure
- Deal structuring & corporate structuring (equity, onshore/offshore loans, shareholder loans).
9. Risk & Governance
- Oversee licensing, contracts, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance (with legal counsel).
- Ensure compliance with other local regulations
- Implement governance practices, reporting lines, and board materials.
- Legal Matter

- University/Professional level degree, preferably with specialization in Finance, Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in an energy company, construction company, or industrial services company (or related industries)
- Has been a leader or people manager/director for the past 5 years, demonstrated strong competency in on accounting, tax, VAT, import duty, controlling, budgeting and internal controls
- Expert knowledge of MS Office- PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (From Upper Intermediate)
