Finance Assistant Manager (Certificate of Chief accountant - EPE - Good English) ~ 30 - 38 Mill VND [27611 - Quang Yen, Quang Ninh]

1. Financial & Accounting Management
- Execution and reporting of monthly and annual financial closing
- Daily accounting operations (journal entries, voucher processing, ledger management)
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)
- Budget planning, budget control, and variance analysis

2. Cost Management
- Calculation and analysis of manufacturing costs in precision metal processing
- Planning and support for implementation of cost reduction initiatives
- Optimization of inventory management (raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods)

3. Tax & Compliance
- Handling of Vietnamese tax filings (Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Personal Income Tax, etc.)
- Liaison with tax authorities and handling of tax audits
- Preparation and management of transfer pricing documentation (Local File) in case of business expansion
(Monthly sales: JPY 25 million; intercompany transactions with parent company: JPY 15 million)
- Implementation of PIT (Personal Income Tax) application and registration procedures (for expatriates and local employees)

4. Treasury Management
- Daily fund management and cash flow control
- Management of accounts receivable and payable related to exports to Japan and domestic sales
- Management of banking transactions and remittance procedures

5. Internal Control & Audit
- Establishment and operation of internal control systems
- Handling of head office audits and external audits

6. Management Responsibilities
- Work communication with local staff
- Collaboration with other departments (production, sales, etc.) and reporting to management

- Bachelor's degree or College
- English: Intermediate level
- At least 5 years of practical experience in finance and accounting within a manufacturing company (EPE)
- Have Certificate of Chief accountant
