Welcome guests to use the restaurant’s services.
Guide guests in ordering and serve at the table.
Regularly check guest satisfaction.
Prepare service tools and equipment.
Prepare, receive, and complete procedures related to service supplies.
Clean and maintain workplace equipment.
Consistently maintain hygiene standards.
Participate directly in preparing and arranging the workplace to always be ready to serve guests.
Clean service utensils such as glasses, cups, knives, spoons, forks, bowls, plates, etc.
Arrange and regularly clean the service counter.
Report data on all items related to guest service operations.
Issue payment invoices according to company procedures and regulations.
Comply with company rules and remind colleagues to do the same.
Actively contribute ideas to improve service quality and technical processes to ensure productivity.
Build and develop relationships among colleagues.
Participate in daily handover meetings and other planned meetings.
Attend training courses as scheduled.
