Factory Manager – Manufacturing Operations (F&B - Fluent English) - 70–100M VND [28737 - Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong]

• Lead and directly manage the Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments, ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations.
• Spend at least 30% of working time on the production floor to identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.
• Set monthly goals with direct reports, monitor performance, and report monthly results to the General Director Asia.
• Manage and control the annual budget, negotiate budgets with key team members, and continuously identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Supervise and improve the 5S system across all departments and manage human resources and organizational positions.
• Lead production investment projects, including the introduction of new machinery and equipment, with cost-benefit analysis.
• Plan production according to import/export schedules and monitor daily production KPIs and production costs.
• Manage material resource planning, material purchasing, coffee supplier procurement, and production forecasts.
• Lead quality claim investigations, conduct root cause analysis/5 Why, and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Oversee maintenance activities, machinery inventory, spare parts, repair frequency, and initiatives to reduce maintenance costs and utility consumption.
• Manage warehouse operations, including material flow, inventory records, loading/unloading efficiency, space utilization, and coordination between Warehouse and Production.
• Develop team skills matrices, improve operational processes, and drive continuous improvements across the plant.

• Working Hours: 08:00–16:00, Monday to Saturday.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, prepare reports/presentations, and discuss technical and operational matters with overseas management and colleagues.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including management experience overseeing Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, or related functions.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and improving production, maintenance, and warehouse performance.
• Additional qualifications or knowledge in Production Management, Maintenance Management, Lean Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management are an advantage.
• Preferred: Experience in food, coffee, beverage, FMCG, or other process/manufacturing industries.
