Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

1. Operations & Production Management

Direct and optimize the end-to-end processing, ensuring volume, yield, and cost targets are met.
Oversee raw material receiving, processing, and final packing operations.
Monitor yield ratios, processing costs, and waste reduction strategies to maximize profitability.

2. Supply Chain & Warehousing

Manage raw material inventory and finished goods warehousing.
Coordinate with the logistics and exports team to ensure on-time shipment.
Ensure accurate inventory control using SAP systems.

3. Engineering & Maintenance

Oversee the Engineering department to ensure maximum machinery uptime and plant reliability.
Implement robust Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for machinery and utility systems.

4. Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects for plant upgrades or capacity expansion.5. Quality Assurance & Food Safety

Champion a culture of quality. Ensure the factory complies strictly with international standards.
Collaborate with the QC team and ensure outgoing products meet specific customer specifications for export markets.
Prepare the facility for external audits and inspections.

6. Team leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a workforce of approximately 150 employees.
Capability enhancement of team members and workforce.
Ensure strict adherence to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations.
Manage labor planning and shift scheduling to accommodate peak seasons.
Manage external relationships with local government authorities, vendors, and community stakeholders as required.

7. Operation and Cost Control: Spearhead continuous improvement projects to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and digitize manual processes.8. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Review and reporting of operations and to provide timely update to all stakeholders.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in food manufacturing or agricultural commodity processing.
Specific experience in Rice, Grains, or similar dry bulk commodities is highly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Factory Manager or Plant Manager role managing teams of 50+ people.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills for managing multiple responsibilities.
Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP and / or other ERP software.
Language Skills – Native or fluent in English and Thai.
