Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

Fabric Appearance Inspection

Inspect fabric surfaces for defects (e.g., color differences, oil stains, damage, skipped stitches, weaving flaws, foreign objects, dye spots, etc.).
Evaluate and record fabric quality based on brand standards.
Compare with sample color cards to ensure color consistency.

Measurement of Dimensions and Physical Properties

Measure fabric width, weight, shrinkage rate, etc.
Check fabric tensile strength and other metrics according to customer specifications.

Documentation and Report Preparation

Record fabric inspection results.
Compare supplier inspection reports with actual defect records.
Prepare signed inspection reports for suppliers, serving as a basis for procurement or factory follow-up actions.

Returns and Issue Handling

Request replacement from suppliers for non-compliant fabrics.
Track and follow up on issue resolution to prevent recurrence.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Experience : 5 years and above
Knowledge and experience in fabric structure and weaving processes.
Familiarity with common fabric defects and inspection standards.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
Basic computer skills for documentation (e.g., Excel for report recording).
Effective team communication and cross-departmental coordination skills (with procurement teams and factories).
