CAD Operator (QL 26775) [Quận 1, HCM]

【Job Summary】
- Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed shop drawings for structural, steel, finishing, and external works, ensuring compliance with standards, constructability, and client requirements.

【Main responsibilities】
- Preparation of the detailed shop-drawing from the design drawing.
- Structures Work: Concrete for Foundation, Ground Beam, Column, girder, Slab…, Block wall, Plastering, Stair Case…
- Steel structure work: Column, beam, rafter, Purlin, girt, Wall & roof cladding
- Finishing Work: Plan, Detail Section of partition, Tilling, Ceiling, Door & Window ...
- External Work: Road, Drainage System, ...
- Checking the shop drawing from the sub-contractor for the above type of drawings
- Coordinate with the relevant departments of design, QS & Construction team for preparation of shop-drawings submissions for approval, including the related details of the civil part and the M&E parts
- Ensure that all shop drawing must be done with constructability to TODA’s standard, be practical, easy to understand, able to meet Clients' expectations and good profitability for the Company

- College's degree
- English: Upper Intermediate (working directly with Japanese manager)
- 5 years of experience for this position in factory and workshop construction projects
- Use AutoCAD 3D, 2D
