Executive, Casino Marketing And Communications

• Support the execution of casino promotions and events.
• Assisting in the development of marketing communication materials and providing hands-on support during event and/or promo implementation.
• Will work closely with the Senior Manager for Casino Marketing and Communications to ensure promotional messages are delivered clearly and campaigns are executed smoothly across applicable channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communications:

• Assist in writing and proofreading SMS, email, in-app, and other promotional content.
• Help create engaging visuals and copy for KVs, digital screens, brochures, website, and other types of promotional material.
• Coordinate with destination marketing, with P&E team, and any other business unit to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials.
• Monitor and report on communication effectiveness and engagement.

Promotions and Event:

• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns for casino events and promotions.
• Assist in logistics coordination and be present on-site during key events.
• Support in preparing event materials, briefing documents, and checklists.
• Liaise with internal teams and assist in smooth rollout of promo mechanics, events and activities.

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or event support role (casino or hospitality experience a plus).
• Strong writing, copy editing, and communication skills in English (other languages such as Korean or Chinese are a plus).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• A creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas for visuals, copy, and campaign concepts.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) an advantage.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays during promotions and events.
• Team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
