Chi Tiết Công Việc

Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Act as a liaison to facilitate communication across departments
Monitor project timelines and follow up on key action items to ensure timely execution
Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address issues
Support operational coordination and, when required, represent the CEO in internal meetings
Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
Organize company events, internal communications, and executive activities
Perform general administrative duties including documentation and reporting
Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned

Female candidates, aged 30–40, preferably located near the company
Bachelor’s degree or above
5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, preferably in manufacturing companies
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
