Event Manager

Job Objective:

• Develop and execute cycling-related event campaigns to enhance brand recognition and increase sales of service packages.
• Build and maintain partnerships with cycling groups, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure events run smoothly, efficiently, and meet set objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Development and Management:
  • Conduct market research, trend analysis, and customer needs assessment to ideate and develop creative and engaging cycling events.
  • Develop detailed event plans, including:
    • Defining objectives and target audience.
    • Selecting suitable venues and event times.
    • Developing event scripts and content.
    • Planning marketing and promotion strategies.
    • Managing the event budget.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure effective event execution.
• Cycling Group Outreach and Partnerships:
  • Build strong relationships with local cycling groups.
  • Stay updated on cycling group activities.
  • Introduce company service packages to group members.
  • Organize meet-ups and networking events with cycling groups.
• Service Package Sales:
  • Provide consultation and sell cycling-related service packages to customers, especially cycling group members.
  • Track and evaluate sales performance after each event.
• Event Management and Coordination:
  • Coordinate with service providers (sound, lighting, decorations, etc.) to ensure event quality.
  • Manage event staff and volunteers.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the event.
• Evaluation and Reporting:
  • Collect data and evaluate the performance of each event.
  • Prepare detailed event reports, including:
    • Number of participants.
    • Revenue generated.
    • Customer feedback.
