English Speaking Coach

Teaching & Coaching:

• Conduct 2 one-on-one sessions per week per employee, each lasting 30 minutes.
• Customize lesson plans focused on practical English communication in a business context.
• Enhance verbal fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and situational expression relevant to job functions.

Progress Tracking:

• Monitor individual progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Tailor learning plans based on individual proficiency and development pace.

Reporting:

• Provide weekly progress updates to the HR Manager.
• Recommend additional support or highlight employees showing significant progress.
• Support for Employee Evaluation Process:
• Align lesson content with expected communication performance during internal evaluations.
• Design mock interviews and simulated workplace scenarios in English as preparation tools.

• IELTS 7.5+ or equivalent English proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in English Language, TESOL, English Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching English communication to working professionals.
• Prior experience with one-on-one coaching or corporate training is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, motivational teaching style, and adaptability to various learning levels
