Employee Engagement Executive (Logistics)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Employee Engagement Exectutive (Logistics, 1200 USD, ID17455):​​​​​​

• Plan and execute company events: Organize and manage various company events, including team-building activities, social gatherings, campaigns, and the year-end party.
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives: Plan and implement CSR activities to encourage employee participation in community service.
• Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Visual Design & Promotion: Design promotional materials, including posters, invitations, and campaign visuals.
• New Employee Onboarding: Welcome and assist new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Recruitment & Documentation Support: Assist in the recruitment process by summarizing documents and compiling key information.
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by senior colleagues.

• Female, Under 40 years old
• Bachelor's degree in related field Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources
• Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, in charge of planning and budgeting for large and small events for Global companies.
• Fluent in English
