Mô tả công việc:

Ensure the efficient operation of the eCommerce platform by analyzing performance metrics, managing inventory, coordinating with partners, and optimizing processes to improve service quality and reduce operational costs.

  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Analyze and optimize eCommerce performance indicators such as order processing time, delivery time, return rate, cancellation rate, and stock levels.
  • Partner Coordination: Monitor and evaluate the quality of delivery services from partners, detect issues, and propose solutions to maintain service quality.
  • Cost Optimization: Propose and implement processes to reduce operating costs for eCommerce operations.
  • Inventory Management: Track and report inventory levels, coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock availability for eCommerce operations.
  • Customer Support: Work closely with customer service teams to resolve customer complaints related to orders, deliveries, and returns.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly prepare and submit reports on eCommerce performance metrics (e.g., revenue, orders, AOS, AOV, ASP) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Operational Process Implementation: Oversee and improve operational processes including tracking, checking, order processing, packaging, and shipping.
  • Problem Resolution: Quickly address issues related to order fulfillment and customer experience, including order adjustments and shipping problems.
  • Material Management: Manage and control packaging materials and delivery processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Develop timelines and update stakeholders on order processing, return, and delivery standards to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Assist with additional tasks as needed, according to the manager’s directives.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in eCommerce operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience work with Ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Haravan, Sapo...)
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets.
  • Understand E-Commerce operation
