Ecommerce Executive - Beauty Category

• In collaboration with marketing and sales team create interesting, attractive and specific promotions for each brand
• Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce and optimize costs
• Make clear recommendations and explanations on strategies selections
• Proactively collaborate with the Ecommerce platforms for all matters related: listing, products updates, pricing, stock management, promotions management, campaigns booking, contracts negotiations, handcarry resellers reports
• Prepare brands and products key messages to be delivered on the Ecommerce platforms
• Collaborate with our Designing team to create monthly brands, products banners and products templates
• Follow the digital guidelines specific with each brand’s image
• Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Executive team to ensure optimal delivery of ecommerce campaigns, promotions, activities on our Social Media & Digital platforms
• Competitive Intelligence on competitors and Ecommerce platforms
• Research and report about Ecommerce trends
• Analyzing and reporting of own data: sales, convertion rate, promotions, campaigns, activities, area
• Adjust the strategy, promotions and campaigns depending on reports, past results
• Answer in a timely manner to all messages and comments received on platforms

• At least 1 year in a similar position or in the Ecommerce industry position
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
• Sense of responsibility, honesty, eager to learn, dynamic and creative in work.
