Key Accountabilities:
• Developing and managing all aspects of the company’s digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop all digital marketing plans Facebook Ads, Google Ads (similar to Google SEM) as main
channels to drive growth and revenue.
• Developing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website/social media platforms.
• Analyze online statistics while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and report
insights to leadership.
• Analyze segmentation based on customer behavior & interaction on CRM/CDP tools to create
relevant and impactful messaging.
• Tracking conversion rates – what worked, what didn’t, and why?
• Implementing paid search, PPC, CTR and SEO strategies/campaigns.
• Raising brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns
• Research and implement existing and new user acquisition and retention methods to drive user and
revenue growth.
• Identify trends and audience insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Planning and executing digital marketing budgets.
• Staying on top and review new technology trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains
a digital marketing leader within the industry, and in digital marketing space.
Education: University/College degreed
Skills: Digital Marketing, Google Digital (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Merchant Center, Ads…), Planning
Personal Specification:
• Good at problem-solving and communication
• Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
• Understands website metrics and best practices.
• Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
• Ability to identify long term trends in data.
• Experience working with CDP, CRM systems.
• Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results.
