Deputy Sales Manager - Food/ Chemical/ Feed/ Vet Industry (Base Salary Up To 35M)

- A Deputy Department Manager (DDM) must be able to determine what drives the customers to buy product. e.g. is this product price driven or market driven. The ability to deliver effective product/supplier presentations is essential in securing business.

- A DDM also provides technical assistance to clients when in need and therefore dictatesthat he/she must have complete understanding of the product's application as - well as the specifications of Pharma ingredients, chemical nature, alternatives, food etc.

- A DDM in general will spend 50% of their time traveling to and visiting clients, 30% training Technical Sales Representative (TSR) theoretical and practical, other 20% is spent in-house in preparation for selling days and management tasks

- A Deputy Department Manager would take responsibility of (1-2) TSRs, to conduct product training, customer orientation, company rules, supplier information, selling skills, his own Target and the TSR target as well.
